Unwind and Reset (Monday’s 5:30pm PT | 6:30pm MT | 7:30pm CT | 8:30pm ET) is your invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and let the day melt away.Through mindful movement, soothing stretches, breathwork, and relaxation, you’ll ease tension, settle your nervous system, and create a sense of calm that carries you into the rest of your week. 

Stretch and Strengthen Yoga (Wednesday’s 9:00am PT | 10:00am MT | 11:00am CT | 12:00pm ET) is a wonderful midweek reset for body, mind and spirit. This class is designed to help women build strength, improve flexibility, and move through life with greater ease and confidence. Each class focuses on strengthening the body, increasing mobility, and supporting better balance, posture, and stamina. Perfect for women who want to remain active, vibrant, and mentally refreshed while creating greater physical and emotional balance in everyday life.

Morning Mellow Flow (Thursday’s 6:00am PT | 7:00am MT | 8:00am CT | 9:00am ET) is a calming 30-minute class designed to help you slow down, stretch, breathe, and reconnect with yourself before the weekend begins. It’s the perfect way to release the week, clear your mind, and step into the day focused, strong, calm, and vibrant. You’ll leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and ready to enjoy your weekend with greater ease, energy, and joy.
